AN6884 - 5-Dot LED Driver

The AN6884 is an audio controlled LED driver IC. It can control maximum of 5 LEDs according to the audio signal input voltage. For an audio signal, voltage value changes with change in amplitude of the signal. By controlling the LED according to amplitude of audio signal we can visualize the audio signal. Operating voltage range for AN6884 is 3.5 V to 16 V.

Since the LEDs can be controlled without any flickering and flawlessly with equal brightness this ICs is commonly used in visual alarms and other metering/monitoring applications.
